Terms of Service
Consultations & Bookings
All consultations must be booked in advance via WhatsApp or email. Walk-ins are subject to availability. Murphy Bridal Studio reserves the right to reschedule consultations with prior notice.
Orders & Payments
A 50% advance is required to confirm all bespoke orders. The remaining balance is due upon completion before delivery or pickup. All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
Cancellations & Refunds
Orders cancelled within 48 hours of confirmation are eligible for a full refund of the advance. Cancellations after 48 hours forfeit 25% of the advance. No refunds are issued once stitching has commenced.
Delivery & Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines are provided at the time of order confirmation. Murphy Bridal Studio is not liable for delays caused by fabric availability or force majeure circumstances.
Alterations
One complimentary round of alterations is included within 14 days of delivery. Subsequent alterations or those required due to change in measurements will be charged separately.
Intellectual Property
All designs, patterns, and creative work produced by Murphy Bridal Studio remain our intellectual property. Reproduction or commercial use without written consent is prohibited.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kanniyakumari District.
